This Privacy Policy explains how Miya Software Solutions collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data obtained through our website (miyayazilim.com.tr), our contact and consultation forms, and in the course of providing IT consulting, custom software development, database management, and related services to our clients.

• Sending you marketing communications (only where you have opted in) — explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by applicable Turkish legislation (including the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law, which may require certain records to be kept for up to 10 years). Contact form submissions that do not result in a client relationship are retained for 12 months and then securely deleted or anonymized.

• Request that any correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred;
• Object to a result that arises to your detriment through analysis exclusively via automated systems;
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
